VOBA was established in 2003 to provide Virtual Office Business Administration support services. VOBA coined this to illustrate the breadth of services that can be provided virtually, and VOBA is now a recognised acronym of this. Thus proving that 'virtual outsourcing' and 'Virtual Office Business Administration' are viable service delivery models.

Specifically VOBA provides the following services:


No job is too small or too large, as we have amassed more than 120 highly skilled people, many of which work for us on a regular basis. VOBA is a small, accessible and adaptable company. Agile and flexible enough to tailor our services to meet our clients’ specific requirements.

We operate from 2 UK locations, Hexham in the North East and Wigan in the North West, and regularly employs 20 ‘approved’ freelance virtual assistants. Approved virtual assistants have passed our stringent application process and probationary period, and continue to pass our regular quality assurance reviews.
