UK Data Entry Services
VOBA provides secure, confidential and accurate UK Data Entry Services from any source target to any target format. We are happy to complete small short term data entry projects, and to provide larger long term data entry under contract.
Data entry is completed in the UK by CRB checked Data Inputters, and all data is stored on secure servers that are regularly backed-up. Confidentiality is assured, but can be protected by our standard confidentiality agreement and/or your own non-disclosure agreement.
Data can be inputted from any source, including:
- Surveys and Questionnaires: Eg. Data Collection, Market Research
- Forms: Eg. Competitions, Application Forms, Claim Forms
- Manuscripts: Dissertations, Theses (Thesus), Reports, Scripts
Data is usually inputted into either our clients own databases, Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Excel spreadsheets can be saved as comma-delimited text files (.csv), that can then be loaded into databases or statistical analysis tools, eg: Minitab or SPSS. Excel data entry is much more efficient and cost-effective than either SPSS data entry or Minitab data entry.
We have capacity to data input 4 million characters per month, with the flexibility to input alot more. All VOBA data inputters can accurately data input 5,000 characters per hour, and are subject to regular tests. In addition, each data entry project is subject to quality assurance reviews that include sample checks.
Our data entry processes and procedures are mature, efficient and geared to high accuracy. All work is reviewed both manually and electronically. However, as much as we'd like to claim 100% accuracy, we cannot guarantee it without double data entry and comparative analysis.
Our charges depend on the data, source, target, volume, cleansing, turn around time, transfer mode and frequency. Ideally, we like to review representative data and agree the data entry project specifics, before we provide a quote.
