UK Digital Transcription Services
We provide the following digital audio file transcription services:
- DAU Transcription
- DSS Transcription & DS2 Transcription (Olympus Transcription)

- Webinar Transcription
We provide digital audio transcription from any format to any format. If your audio file format is not listed above please contact us to discuss them, chances are that we have the capability to convert your audio files.
Digital audio files can be sent to us on CD/DVD, submitted via a file transfer service, or uploaded directly to our secure transcription server. Completed transcriptions are returned to you by E-Mail. Other delivery options are available, but additional charges may be incurred.
Our standard turnaround time is within 48hrs. Faster turnaround is available but an additional fee will be charged.
We estimate that it requires 4 hours effort to transcribe a 1 hour presentation, 5 hours effort to transcribe 1 hour of a 1-on-1 interview, and 9 hours to transcribe a 1 hour focus group.
We charge on a price per minute or part thereof basis. Although this does depend on the quality of the recording, the clarity of voices, and any background noise. Volume discounts are available and are negotiated on an individual basis. Remember No job is too big or too small, we have the flexibility to cater for all.
