Tape Transcription Services
We provide the following analogue tape transcription services:
- Microcassette Transcription Services
- Minicassette Transcription Services
- Standard cassette Transcription Services
- CD/DVD/MiniDisc Transcription Services
- Video Transcription Services
Send your audio to us. We'll transcribe it and e-mail the completed transcripts back to you. Your audio will then be destroyed or returned to you. However, please note that return postage & packaging costs will be charged.
Our standard turnaround time is within 48hrs. Faster turnaround is available but an additional fee will be charged. We estimate that it requires 4 hours effort to transcribe a 1 hour presentation, 5 hours effort to transcribe 1 hour of a 1-on-1 interview, and 9 hours to transcribe a 1 hour focus group.
We charge on a price per minute or part thereof basis. Although this does depend on the quality of the recording, the clarity of voices, and any background noise. Volume discounts are available and are negotiated on an individual basis. Remember no job is too big or too small, we have the flexibility to cater for all.
